Announcing the release of a new customer relationship management system designed specifically for travel agencies and fully endorsed by the Association of Canadian Travel Agents (ACTA).

AgentLogix, the revolutionary new system developed by Canadian based Dargal Solutions, is now available nationwide to Canadian agencies.

Designed to seamlessly create, store and track detailed customer profiles and record critical sales and historical data, the new system also boasts unprecedented features including fully automated and auto-generated customer emails, agent reminders, accounting integration and a remarkably easy, user-friendly system.

The new AgentLogix system is also designed to integrate with new or existing customer websites and business applications including email software and traditional office accounting systems. AgentLogix single, central database provides agencies a one-touch recall of every customer transaction, critical personal customer profile records and historical sales trending, allowing agencies complete control and tracking of their entire sales management process.

All software and hardware is hosted remotely. Nothing changes for the agent who uses their software as they normally would, but for the agency it does away with computer and software headaches."
