We offer a personal service and are available for support should you need it - communicate via e-mail, text, or phone, whatever is easiest for you. We've been told that many of our clients have found our personal service to be refreshing after being forced to conform to the large providers' outsourced support services and cookie cutter plans... if you have ever tried to get more than the most basic technical support ("did you try turning it off and then on again?") or tried to purchase a service that "was not on the menu", then you will know what we mean.
We'll even be your "smart hands" during regular business hours if you need a quick physical reboot for example. We can't solve all your problems, but we'll keep our part of the deal - your connects will be up and the power will be on and the facility will be secure and we'll be there should you need us.
